Custom manufactured resin reactors for processing a wide variety of solvent based resins such as alkyds, saturated and unsaturated polyester resins, acrylic resins. They are available as individual modules or as a full built plants. We custom design the reactors to each product and process requirement. We also supply full integrated resin plants with heating, cooling, charging, filtering and packing mechanisms. The process control can be partially or fully automated depending on client requirements.

For acrylic resins the monomer and initiator feed mechanism can be fullly automated to improve end product and have excellent repeatability For unsaturated polyester resins the design of the column and heat.
