Solution Preparation Vessel is used for manufacturing and mixing of suspension. It has a cylindrical shaped vessel with top and bottom dishend. A high speed three blade propeller type stirrer is mounted on top dish for mixing while an inline high shear mixer is provided at the bottom for the homogeneous mixer. Speed of stirrer is variable and can be varied with the help of variable ac frequency drive motor. The speed can be increased or decreased by rotating the knob on the FLP control panel. Stirrer shaft is supported by SS bearing housing with two nos. taper roller bearings for more stability of shaft at higher speed and coupled to the motor shaft by a flexible coupling. Top dish can be opened pneumatically by pneumatic cylinder and sealed with gasket. All contact parts are in SS316 and mirror polished. All non-contact parts are in SS 304.

Product Description:
